Experian Credit Reporting Agency
THIS IS NOT OUR HOMEPAGE. CLICK HERE FOR OUR HOMEPAGE
Experian Credit Reporting Agency requires you to provide almost
absolute proof of identity before complying with any request.
Here is the absolute best way to provide all of the information they demand.

They demand a rather extensive array of proofs before they will
comply with requests of consumers.
If you fail to comply with their demands for proof of identity they
will send you a form demanding such proof of identity.
This form will request the following information.

Two proofs of your currrent mailing address, such as a copy of your
drivers license, utility bill, insurance statement, bank statement or telephone bill.

You should make several copies of the proofs of identification that
they require so that every letter you send them should be
accompanied by such proofs of identity.
Your failure to do so will result in many days of delay in getting
your goals accomplished.

Experian Credit Reporting Agency probably knows full well
that most people will not usually comply with this demand
each and every time they send correspondence about their
credit history and so they use this for a delaying tactic.
You should never fail to include this documentation in any
and all correspondence with them to avoid this trap.

While it is arguably for your protection (everything that is
actually adverse to your goals is always demanded for your
protection) it is also a great time and money waster.
Remember that all of your correspondence with any such
agency as Experian must always be sent via certified mail,
return receipt requested or they will simply take their own
sweet time in complying with your requests.
So forgetting that they will always demand proof of identity
will cost you dearly over time.

These nice folks have also set up what they call a
"National Consumer Assisstance Center" as though they
were some kind of official agency. This smacks of the days
when credit bureaus, collection agencies and their ilk used
to send out their demands for money from debtors in
envelopes and form that appeared to be official U.S. Govt
documents. They got away with this for a very long time
until the Government put a stop to it.

If you wish to communicate with the National Consumer
Assistance Center, the phone number is 1-888-experian
or 1-888397-3742. Of course dialing the first sequence is
also a time waster since you have to look up each letter
and it's corresponding number.
Waste of time.

Experian Credit Reporting Agency also has another cute
trick and that is making you use different addresses for
different purposes. Get the wrong address and you get
another delay and the expense of sending another
certified letter with return receipt requested.
Postage on those is about $2.65 and at that rate, you
don't want to miss any of the hoops you must jump
through with these people in order to get any service.

When providing information such as demanded above, you should be
extremely careful about what you use. Never send in sensitive
information or information which might prove detrimental to you
in the event it is investigated and it probably will be.
Best to use your drivers license, but here again you must use care.
You should go to a photo copy shop and make a copy of your
drivers license that is blown up to at least 200 %.
This makes it large enough to be easily readable.
If you just copy your license you will get back another time
waster saying that your drivers license was unreadable
and therefore of no value as identification. Please try again.
Another $2.68 wasted plus another couple of weeks time.

You should also be very careful not to send in any utility bill which is
not paid in full. Sending in one that shows a delinquent or overdue
or unpaid balance might cause them to investigate that source and add
another nasty note on your credit report which you
will have to challenge at a later date when and if you find
out about it. Don't take any chances with these people.
In fact, heed the famous words used by the police when they read
someone their rights.
ANYTHING YOU SAY CAN AND WILL BE USED AGAINST YOU!
Send them information that you believe will help you to establish good
credit such as a statement that you have been paying such and such a
creditor for a long time and have never been late and all you have to do
is to watch it be used against you! How? Simple! It adds to the total amount
you owe and when you apply for new credit, that information is very likely
going to be added to your monthly overhead and some potential creditor
will surely come back and claim that your revolving debt is too high for
their liking and that gets you denied.

Don't tell them anything they don't find out for themselves. You will be
sorry if you do.

Knowing these facts and abiding by them will save you a lot of time and grief.

But the simplest and best way is to use the Notary Public
method outlined in SAMPLE #1
